My mission is to empower women to step into their strength and embrace their full potential, especially those starting fresh after a long relationship, divorce, or separation.

My journey has been far from linear, and it’s those twists and turns that allow me to truly connect with the women I work with. My time in the military taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of a strong foundation. As a middle school teacher, I developed patience, empathy, and the ability to meet people where they are. Now, as a personal trainer, I blend these experiences to create a holistic approach to fitness and personal growth.

Over the course of his career, he has coached dozens of professional, drug-free bodybuilders. He has also guided elite powerlifters to break state and national records and led them to win countless championship titles.
